New Kid in Town

Hi, I am new in town and would love to learn as much as I can about this area - it seems like a lovely place to live! Having spent the last 20+ years in suburbia, it's great to get back to north Jersey and all her glory. Any insights from locals and area "townies" would be appreciated - I'm interested to find out all about community happenings, history, night life, etc...bascially anything that I can find out to the the 'feel' of this sweet little burg. There's not much info on the internet, so I am reaching out to actual people to make connections as I take up residence in just a little over a week & surely there is a lot more to Andover than meets the eye.
