Engagement announcements received in our office by Monday are generally published in two weeks. These announcements are published at no charge.
As for photos, our goal is to publish sharp, clear pictures that showcase primarily the faces of the couple. Photos that focus mainly on the head and shoulders of the bride and groom work best. Photos with faces that must be significantly enlarged, or that feature creative lighting and special effects, are not well suited to the technical requirements of newspapers.
