I just couldn’t resist submitting this photo I took of my son Josh Tenk
at Gus Macker on Sunday May 24, 2009. I took alot of pictures with my
camera set on sport mode, so I didn’t even realize that I got this shot
until I got home and starting looking thru my pictures.
My son’s team-mate ( Dillon Wiewel) came in to try and block the
shot but before he could get there Josh came flying in from the side and
what a block shot it was. I got him in mid air on his way down from the
net. I had it blown up into a poster for him. We thought it was
awesome with it being Memorial Day weekend with the American flag in the
background on Maine Street. I’m sure you’ll agree it’s a great shot.
Thanks for letting me as an amateur photographer submit my photo.
Thanks again,
Lisa Tenk
