Rock out and honor a fallen local musician

Posted by on November 6, 2009

Not much entertainment is slated for this weekend, but there is plenty to have a good time. If you are up for a drive to Keokuk, Iowa, go check out the metal show at Music @ the Mall. If you want a rock show closer to home, go no further than the State Room here in Quincy. Torque will be rocking out the historic venue Saturday night to an all ages crowd.

No matter what you choose to do Saturday, don’t forget to pay homage to a fallen local musician Sunday. A celebration of life jam session will be held for Chuck Dyer at the Eagles Club.

ENTERTAINMENT PROJECT
We are working on an entertainment project and I need email and phone contact information from all the bands and music venues in the area. This is going to be a great project to help the music scene. I look forward to working with all of you. Thank you.
