Ice Cream Cake Roll

 Ingredients :
2 cups flour2 teaspoons baking soda3 tablespoons cocoa1 1/2 cups sugarpinch of salt1 egg1 cup salad dressing1 cup water1 teaspoon vanilla
  Preparation :
Six together flour, baking soda and cocoa. Mix together sugar, salt, egg, salad dressing, water and vanilla. Grease and flour an 11x15-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.While the cake is still hot, put waxed paper on both sides and roll it in a towel to cool. Once cooled, unroll and put ice cream in the middle, then roll back up and freeze.As an alternative, make ice cream sandwiches. Bake the cake in a 9x13-inch pan. Cut the cake in the middle so you have two layers. Cut ice cream, and put in the middle of the layers, then freeze.
