 Ingredients :
3 (eight-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened1/4 cup green pepper, chopped2 tablespoons chopped onion1 (eight-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained well
 
  Preparation:
Combine ingredients. Shape into a ball, and roll in pecans or almonds if desired. Serve with crackers or pretzels.
