No Peek Beef Casserole

Ingredients :

2 pounds stew beef, cut into one-inch pieces1 (1 3/8-ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix1/2 cup red wine1 (10.5-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup1 (four-ounce) can whole mushrooms

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in crock pot. Stir together well. Cover and cook on low 8-12 hours or on high 3-4 hours. Serve over noodles or rice. Serves four. NOTE: Recipe may be doubled.
